Requirements for centrifugal fans in high temperature test run

1. Jog the motor, and all parts should be free of abnormal phenomena and friction noise before operation.

Second, after the centrifugal fan starts to reach the normal speed, it should first be operated with a small load between 0 and 5 , and the continuous running time should not be less than 20min after the temperature rise of the bearing is stable;

3. After the small load runs normally, the large regulating door should be opened gradually but the motor current should not exceed the rated value until the specified load, and the continuous running time should not be less than 2h;

4. For centrifugal fans with sliding bearings, the bearings should be stopped and inspected after 2h of load trial operation. The bearings should be free of abnormalities. When there are localized injuries on the alloy surface, they should be trimmed, and the continuous operation should not be less than 6h;

5. When the centrifugal fan is subjected to high temperature test operation, its heating rate should not be greater than 50 C / h; when it is subjected to cold test operation, its motor must not be overloaded;

6. During the trial operation, the temperature rise of the rolling bearing shall not exceed 40 C of the ambient temperature; the temperature of the sliding bearing shall not exceed 65 C; the effective value of the vibration velocity (root mean square speed value) of the bearing shall not exceed 6.3mm / s.
