How to control the flow of FRP centrifugal fan

In the process of running FRP centrifugal fans, flow control is very important. So how do we control the flow?

The glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fan can use ordinary glass fiber reinforced plastic centrifugal fans, which can continuously work for 30 minutes when the temperature of the conveying medium is 280 C, and can continue to operate normally when the medium temperature is cooled to the ambient temperature. Doors, windows, and walls may appear during the initial ventilation In case of dew condensation and slight dew on the surface of the grain, as long as the fan is stopped, the window is opened, the fan is turned on, and the hot and humid air in the warehouse is discharged outside the warehouse. Condensation will not occur when using FRP centrifugal fan for slow ventilation. Only the temperature of grains will rise slowly.

After the FRP centrifugal fan is installed and started to operate, or the flow is too large or too small during use, the following methods can be used to adjust the flow:
1) Use a throttling device to adjust the flow.
2) Change the fan speed to adjust the flow.
3) Exchange the fan with higher or lower pressure to adjust the flow.
4) Change the pipe network resistance coefficient to adjust the flow.
It must be pointed out that the throttling device is generally used to adjust the flow. But when the actual flow is much larger than the required flow, this method wastes too much power, which is very uneconomical. If conditions permit, usually reduce the fan speed or replace the fan with a lower pressure.
