1.Brushed motor has simple structure, long development time and mature technology

2. DC brush motor has fast response speed and large starting torque

The DC brushed motor has fast starting response speed, large starting torque, stable speed change, speed from zero to maximum, and no vibration can be felt, and it can drive a larger load during startup. The brushless motor has a large starting resistance, so the power factor is small, the starting torque is relatively small, there is a buzzing sound at startup, and accompanied by strong vibration, the driving load is small at startup.

3. The DC brushed motor runs smoothly with good starting and braking effects.

The brushed motor is regulated by voltage and speed, so the starting and braking are stable, and it is stable at constant speed operation. Brushless motors are usually digital variable frequency control. The AC is first changed to DC, then the DC is changed to AC, and the speed is controlled by the frequency change. Therefore, the brushless motor does not run smoothly during startup and braking, and the vibration is large. Will be smooth.

4.High precision of DC brush motor control

DC brushed motors are usually used together with gearboxes and decoders to make the motors have greater output power and higher control accuracy. Because the brushless motor is not stable during start-up and control, the moving parts will stop at different positions each time, and must be stopped at the desired position by positioning pins or limiters.

5. DC brush motor has low cost and easy maintenance.

DC brushed motors have simple structure, low production cost, many manufacturers, and mature technology, so they are widely used, such as factories, processing machine tools, precision instruments, etc. If the motor is faulty, you only need to replace the carbon brush. Carbon brushes only cost a few dollars, which is very cheap. The technology of the brushless motor is immature, the price is high, and the application range is limited. It should mainly be used on constant-speed equipment, such as inverter air conditioners and refrigerators. The brushless motor is damaged and can only be replaced.

6.No brush and low interference

The brushless motor removes the brushes. The direct change is that there is no electric spark generated when the brushed motor is running, which greatly reduces the interference of the electric spark on the remote control radio equipment.

7.Low noise and smooth operation

The brushless motor has no brushes, and the friction force is greatly reduced during operation, and the operation is smooth, and the noise will be much lower. This advantage is a huge support for the stability of the model operation.

8. Long life and low maintenance cost

Without the brush, the wear of the brushless motor is mainly on the bearing. From a mechanical point of view, the brushless motor is almost a maintenance-free motor. When necessary, you only need to do some dust removal maintenance.
