XSG series rotary flash dryer principle:
The hot air enters the stirring, crushing and drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer at a suitable spraying speed from the inlet pipe, which produces strong shearing, blowing, and rotating effects on the material, so the material is micronized by centrifugation, shearing, and collision friction. Enhanced mass and heat transfer.
The material enters the dryer from the screw feeder.Under the strong action of the high-speed rotating agitator, the material is dispersed under the action of impact, friction and shear.The bulk material is quickly smashed, and it is in full contact with hot air, heated and dried. . The dehydrated dry powder rises with the hot air. The classification ring traps the large particles. The small particles are discharged from the dryer from the center of the ring and recovered by the cyclone. The undried or large materials are thrown to the wall by centrifugal force and fall to the bottom The parts are crushed and dried.
Due to the rotating flow of the gas-solid two phases, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, the relative speed between the solid and gas phases is relatively large, and the heat transfer properties between the two phases are strengthened, so the production strength of the machine is high.

Organic matter:

Atrazine (pesticides), lauric acid, benzoic acid, benzoic acid, bactericidal, sodium oxalate, cellulose acetate, organic pigments, etc.

Dyestuff:

Anthraquinone, black iron oxide, indigo pigment, butyric acid, titanium hydroxide, zinc sulfide, various azo dye intermediates.

Borax, calcium carbonate, hydroxide, copper sulfate, iron oxide, barium carbonate, antimony trioxide, various metal hydroxides, various heavy metal salts, synthetic cryolite, etc.

XSG series rotary flash dryer features:
The material is micronized into a highly dispersed state due to centrifugation, shearing, collision, and friction, and the speed between the solid and gas phases is large, which strengthens the mass and heat transfer and makes the machine highly productive.
The drying gas enters the bottom of the dryer, and generates a strong rotating airflow, which has a strong scouring effect on the material on the wall of the dryer, eliminating the phenomenon of sticking to the wall. In the high temperature area of the lower part of the dryer, the heat-sensitive materials do not directly contact the hot surface, and are equipped with special devices to solve the problem of coking and discoloration of heat-sensitive materials.
Due to the high air speed in the drying chamber and the short residence time of the material, high efficiency, fast speed, small equipment and large output are achieved. A ceramic analysis ring and a cyclone plate are installed on the upper part of the drying chamber to control the particle size and temperature of the outlet materials to meet the requirements of the final moisture particle size of different materials.
